A POHTION OF LOT 21 IN BLOCK 1 OF RESUB- <br />DIVISION OF LOT 25 OF WOOSTER, WHITTON, AND MONTG01ffiRY <br />SlJBDIVISION OF A PART OF -THE REDWOOD FARM TO BECOME A <br />PORTION OF VERA A VENUE . <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that a <br />deed from JA1ffiS COB.BETT AND iv'IARGARET CORBETT, his wife to the Ci ty <br /> <br />of Redwood City of a portion of Lot No. 21 in Block 1 as sho~n on <br />that certain map entitled Resubdivision of Lot 25 of Wooster, <br />Whitton, and Montgomery Subdivision of a Fart of the Redwood Fa~ <br /> <br />filed October 24, 1910 in Book 7 of Maps at page 33, Official Records <br /> <br />of San Mateo County, California and being more particularly described <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the 'most northerly corner of said <br />lot 21 in Block 1, as shown on said map, and rtm- <br />ning along the northeasterly line of said lot <br />South 450 30' East 29.50 feet; thence South 440 <br />30' West 30.00 feet to a point on the southwest- <br />erly line of said lot; thence along the south- <br />westerly and westerly lines of said lot North <br />450 30' West 7.49 feet and North 80 14' East 37.2 <br />feet to the point of beginning <br /> <br />be and the same is hereby accepted and the Clerk of this Council is <br />hereby directed to cause said deed, together with a copy of this <br /> <br />resolution, duly certified by him, to be recorded in the office of <br /> <br /> <br />the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, state of California, <br /> <br />said property to become a portion of Vera Avenue in a proceeding of <br /> <br />public improvement of this City under Resolution of Intention No. 1946-2. <br /> <br />The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by <br />the Council of the Ci ty of Redwood (;i 1y eta regular meeting thereof <br />held on the 3d day of September, 1946, by the following vote: <br />AYES~ and in favor of the passage and adoption of the fore- <br /> <br />going Resolution: Councilmen: Armstrong, Britschgi, Granger.
