BIRD. <br /> <br />WHEREAS the real property hereinafter described was <br />erroneously conveyed by a deed fron Nelle L. Miramontes, as City <br />Collector, to the City of Redwood City, dated September 21, 1938, <br />and recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of <br />San Mateo, State of California on November 4, 1938; and <br />WHEREAS no taxes against said p~operty are now or ever <br />/. have been delinquent: <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that <br />a quitclaim deed conveying Lot 9 in Block 1 of a re-subdivision of <br /> <br />Lot 30 as shown on that certain map entitled ttMap of the Reese <br /> <br />Subdivision of a part of the Redwood Parm" heretofore. recorded in <br /> <br />the office of the County Recorder of said County and State to <br />Jom~ N.
