If ~ " <br /> <br />RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 458 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redwood City, at a <br />regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day of April, 1947, did <br />adopt Resolution No. 458 entitled "GIVING NOTICE OF PROPOSED <br />ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED TO THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY TO BE KNOWN AS INDUSTRIAL TRACT II ; an~ <br />WHEREAS, a petition has been filed requesting that addi- <br />tional property which is contiguous to the property described <br />in Resolution No. 458 be annexed to, incorporated, included <br />1n and made a part of sald City of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the City' <br />of Redwood City to annex in one proceeding the property descrl~ed <br />in said petition together with the property described in Resolu- <br />tion No. 4.58; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED <br /> <br />the Council of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City does hereby rescind Resolution No. 458 of said Council. <br /> <br />NOES, Councilmen: <br />ABSENT, Councilmen: <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Armstrong. <br /> <br />tfJ. ~ ~-- <br />Mayor of .8 City of Redwood City <br /> <br />AttesKAttIt /l~7~ <br />Clerk oltne bitl of Redwood Oity <br />I hereby approve the foregoing Resolution <br />this 21st day of April, 1947. <br />/tJ. tt:J. ~ <br /> <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City <br />
