<br />~ <br /> <br />CGM:mf 3/5/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />8 81 0 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAR 9 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR TRAFFIC <br />SIGNAL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR; AND AUTHORIZING <br />CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for traffic signal maintenance and repair in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof <br /> <br />and authorize and direct City Clerk to advertise for bids for the <br /> <br />performance of such work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOvlS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "General Specifica- <br /> <br />tions and Special provisions for Traffic Signal Maintenance and <br /> <br />Repair in the City of Redwood City," on file in the office of <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of such work in accordance <br /> <br />with the specifications therefor, said advertisement to be in the <br /> <br />form of that certain "Notice to Contractorsll set forth in the <br /> <br />abovementioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8 81 0 <br />
