<br />CGM:wb 9/12/80 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />8 695 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />SEP 2 2 1980 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES IN <br />CONNECTION WITH PHASE I AND PHASE II IMPROVE~ffiNTS <br />IN SPINAS AND FLEISH~~N PARKS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood city requires expert land- <br /> <br />scaping in connection with Phase I and Phase II improvements <br /> <br />in Spinas and Fleishman Parks; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, SINGER AND HODGES has represented to the City <br /> <br />that it is uniquely qualified and experienced to perform all <br /> <br />the services referred to aforesaid; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br /> <br />agreement by and between the City of Redwood City and Singer <br /> <br />and Hodges, for the performance of the aforesaid landscape <br /> <br />architectural services, and it is the intention and desire of <br /> <br />this Council to approve said contract and authorize its <br /> <br />execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br /> <br />9/10/80 R) by and between the City of Redwood City and Singer <br /> <br />and Hodges, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is made for the full <br /> <br />terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8 695 <br />
