1: : 11• <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14961 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AN APPROPRIATION REPRESENTING <br />ANTICIPATED GRANT REVENUE FROM COUNTY OF SAN MATEO <br />COUNTY MANAGER'S OFFICE AND ADDING ANTICIPATED GRANT <br />REVENUE INTO GENERAL FUND BUDGET FOR APPROPRIATION <br />WHEREAS, on July 13, 2009, the City Council of the City of Redwood City ( "City <br />Council ") approved its Fiscal Year 2009 -2010 budget; and <br />WHEREAS, County of San Mateo County Manager's Office recently awarded a <br />grant of $30,000 to the City of Redwood City ( "City ") to be expended for the Information <br />and Referral Program at the Fair Oaks Community Center, and <br />WHEREAS, on July 13, 2009, the City Council authorized the City Manager to <br />execute the 2009 -2010 Information and Referral Program Funding Agreement between <br />the City and the County of San Mateo County Manager's Office; and <br />WHEREAS, the Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Department is <br />requesting that this additional grant funding from the County of San Mateo County <br />Manager's Office in the amount of Thirty Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($30,000) be <br />included into the City's General Fund Budget. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Finance Director shall establish an appropriation in the amount of <br />$30,000 representing anticipated grant revenue and shall include said anticipated <br />revenue in the General Fund for the Fiscal Year 2009 -2010 Budget. <br />2.
