This is not a conditional grant; <br />• Sign and return this grant agreement, acknowledging your receipt of the payment in the amount <br />of $20,000, to our grants management team at grants@sunlightgiving.org by March 28, 2021; <br />• Only use the grant funds for purposes that are consistent with the federal and state rules for tax <br />exempt status; <br />• Inform Sunlight Giving immediately if there is any change in your public charity status; <br />• Have your organization, logo and grant information listed on the Sunlight Giving website; <br />• Adhere to the Grant Communication Guidelines found at this link: <br />https:llsunlightgiving.orglarantmaking/communication-guidelines for recognition and media <br />related to Sunlight Giving and the grant; and <br />• Participate in a form of evaluation (e.g. online survey, phone call, etc.) that the foundation may <br />conduct. <br />The foundation is extremely pleased and honored to support your work.
