(602) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on March 8, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and <br />Mayor Howard <br />M/S Aguirre and Smith to waive first reading and introduce Zoning Ordinance <br />amendments to Accessory Dwelling Unit requirements and miscellaneous provisions, in <br />order to comply with State law, and to address permitted ADU types, side and rear <br />setbacks, floor area, lot coverage, a maximum 20 -foot height for detached ADUs and <br />attached ADUs within the rear setback area, and short-term rental regulations. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll all vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
