<br />.;' <br />RESOLUTION NO.}j f, .3 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF GENERAl, RESERVE <br />ACCOUNT TO GENERAl. FUND TO MAINTAIN AND KEEP ON CASH BASIS. <br /> <br />RESOlVED, that the city Treasurer be and is hereby author- <br /> <br />ized to tra~sfer the general reserve account to general fund oash <br /> <br /> <br />aocount for the purpose of keeping said fund, as nearly as possible, <br /> <br /> <br />on a oash basis, as provided for in seotion 61 of the Charter of <br /> <br /> <br />the City of Redwood city. <br /> <br /> <br />Be it further resolved that the sum so transferred be <br /> <br />returned to the general reserve aocount as soon as oash is available <br /> <br /> <br />immediately after Deoember 1st when moneys are collected on present <br /> <br /> <br />fiscal year tax bills, and in no event later than the end of the <br /> <br />present fiscal year. <br /> <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage and adoption of the fore- <br /> <br />going resolution: <br /> <br />councilmen: Brltschgl, Granger, Holmquist, MoNulty, Werder <br /> <br />and Hilton. <br />Noes and against the passage and adoption of the foregoing <br /> <br />res olution: counoilmen <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Absent, couno&lmen: Swift. <br /> <br />~~~. <br /> <br />~ayor of the Ci ty of Redwood city <br /> <br />Attest/' nil A ~1 . <br />Clerk ~h~~Of Redwood City <br /> <br />I hereby approve the foregoing resolution on this <br /> <br />4th da; of August, 1947. <br /> <br />1if tv~~. <br /> <br />Mayor of the city of Redwood City <br />
