RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. 507 AUTHORIZING CONTRACT WITH PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPAI~Y GRANTING RIGHT OF WAY FOR 24ft HIGH PRESSURE GAS TRANSMISSION LINE RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redwood City that a contract between the City and the Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a California Corporation, granting Right of Hay for 24" high pressure gas transmission line throt~h certain property of the City, as des- cribed below, be and the same is hereby authorized; and be it FURTHER RI~OLVED that the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into such contract in the form submitted by the Pacific Gas & Electric Company. Description of City Property affected by said ~ight of way, is as follows: "Lot A of Block 603, as said lot and block are delineated and so designated upon that certain map of Highlands of Emerald Lake, Subdivision Six, recorded in volume 15 of maps at pages 64, 65 and 66, recorda of said San Mateo County. " Said strip of said promises is described as follows, viz.: UA strip of land of the uniform width of 15 feet extending entirely across said premises and lying equal- ly on each side of that certain line which begins at a point in the easterly boundary line of said premises and runs thence south 890 36t' west 140 feet, more or less, to a point from which the intersection of the easterly boundary line of Park Way, as said Park Way is delineated and so designated upon said map, with the southeasterly boundary line of lot 23 of block 601, as said lot 23 and block 601 are delineated and so desig- nated upon said map, bears south 710 09' east 197.6 feet distant; thence north 610 46t' west 170.5 feet; thence north 490 o6t, west 161.0 feet; thence north 650 19' west 91.3 feet; thence south 800 31' west 91 feet, more or less, to the westerly boundary line of said premises." Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 15th day of September, 1947.
