<br />SWC:wb 8/21/80 <br /> <br />8675 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />AUG 2 5 1980 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />RENTAL OF COpy MACHINE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Communications Supervisor has reviewed <br /> <br />various proposals for the furnishing of a copy machine <br /> <br />for the newly-established communications center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the rental plan of the Xerox Corporation has <br /> <br />been determined to be the most beneficial to the needs of <br /> <br />the Communications Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve a rental agreement <br /> <br />with Xerox Corporation for the furnishing of a Xerox 8200; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The proposal of Xerox Corporation for rental of a Xerox <br /> <br />8200 copier, at a base monthly rental of $1,165.00 is hereby <br /> <br />approved.
