(454) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on March 22, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and <br />Mayor Howard <br />M/S Reddy and Aguirre to: <br />1. Adopt a resolution approving an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Annual <br />Action Plan, to allocate $642,288 in CDBG Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) funding, made <br />available through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, <br />and Economic Security (CARES) Act to the City's COVID-19 Emergency Assistance <br />Program, COVID-19 Childcare Provider Assistance Program and the planning and <br />administration of CDBG-CV, and authorizing the City Manager to execute all related <br />documents; and <br />2.
