<br />CGM:wb 7/29/80 <br />CGM:wb 8/8/80 R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 8 65 3 <br /> <br />ORIGINAl <br />AUG 11 1980 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL r1AP OF <br />SHOREBIRD SOLAR SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, <br />CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; <br />APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CON- <br />STRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain final map of Shorebird Solar Subdivision in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk & Associates, <br /> <br />Civil Engineers, for Shorebirds Solar, owners of record of said <br /> <br />subdivision, heretofore determined by the Director of Public Works <br /> <br />as being in conformity with the tentative map for this subdivision, <br /> <br />is approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That, prior to the release of said final map by City <br />and prior to its recordation, the owners or subdividers <br />of said subdivision shall enter into and execute that <br />certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Shorebird <br />Solar Subdivision," wherein the owners or subdividers, in <br />considerat~on of the. approval of said map by the city, shall <br />agree to construct and complete, in the time specified in <br />said agreement, all streets and other improvements required <br />of owners under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of <br />the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations <br />of said City, and such other street, sewer or other improve- <br />ments designated or mentioned in said agreement and/or set <br />forth in the plans and specifications for the improvement <br />of Shorebird Solar Subdivision on file in the office of <br />the Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />2. That, prior to the release of said final map by City and <br />prior to its recordation, the owners or subdividers shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a good <br />and sufficient security in a form to be approved by the <br />City Attorney, securing the faithful performance" by said <br />owners or subdividers of all work and the construction of <br />all improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement, <br />and within the time therein specified, the amount of said <br />security to be Seven Hundred Fifty-three Thousand Three <br />Hundred Twenty~two and No/IOO Dollars ($753,322.00) and also <br />a good and sufficient security in a form to be approved by <br />the City Attorney securing the payment by said owners or <br />subdividers of all bills for labor and materials incurred <br />in the construction of any and all said improvements, <br />and the doing of all other work therein agreed to be done <br />by the said owners or subdividers, the amount of said <br />security to be Seven Hundred Fifty-three Thousand Three <br />Hundred Twenty-two and No/IOO Dollars ($753,322.00). <br /> <br />8653 <br />
