<br />CGM:mf 2/12/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />8 79 t; <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />FEB 23 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR REPLACEMENT <br />OF GYMNASIUM FLOOR AT RED MORTON RECREATION CENTER: <br />AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for the replacement of the gymnasium floor at Red <br /> <br />Morton Recreation Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof <br /> <br />and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for <br /> <br />the performance of such work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "Bid'Documents <br /> <br />for Replacement of Gym Floor - Red Morton Recreation Building," <br /> <br />on file in the office of the Department of Public Works, are <br /> <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of such work in accordance <br /> <br />with the specifications therefor, said advertisement to be in <br /> <br />the form of that certain "Notice to Contractors" set forth in <br /> <br />the above mentioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8 7~ t) <br />
