Approve Final Map No. 2020-001 for the development at 120 EI Camino Real; <br />2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Subdivision Improvement Agreement <br />with One20th, LLC; <br />3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance Agreement with <br />One20th, LLC; and <br />4.
