Land use economics overview Study Session: Overview of fiscal impacts of <br />various land use development types on the City's General Fund <br />Community Development and Transportation Director Mark Muenzer <br />introduced the item, and Jason Moody from Economic and Planning Systems <br />(EPS) gave a presentation. <br />Recommendation: <br />Provide feedback on the overview and forthcoming consultant technical memo. <br />No formal action will occur at this meeting. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />A study session was held.
