ORDINANCE NO. P-283 ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT WITH NEW CINGULAR WIRELESS PCS, LLC BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Public hearing having been duly noticed for, and held on April 14, 2021, on the question of approval of the lease agreement hereinafter described, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 48 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City, the Board of Port Commissioners of the City of Redwood City does hereby approve that certain lease agreement entitled "Lease Agreement (New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC)" (the "Lease Agreement"), by and between the City of Redwood City, acting by and through its Board of Port Commissioners ("Port") and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC ("Lessee"), which Lease Agreement provides that the premises which are subject to the Lease Agreement are located at 755 Hinman Road, in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, consisting of 295 square feet (more or less), which Premises are generally described and depicted on Attachment "A," attached hereto. The Premises shall be used by Lessee for the installation and operation of equipment in connection with the installation, operation, and maintenance of antennas. The equipment located at the Premises shall include Lessee's system for furnishing mobile radio/telephone service to the public (generally referred to as a "Base Station").
