ORDINANCE NO. P-284 <br />ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE <br />AGREEMENT WITH SBA 2012 TC ASSETS, LLC <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Public hearing having been duly noticed for, and held on April 14, <br />2021, on the question of approval of the lease agreement hereinafter described, and <br />pursuant to the provisions of Section 48 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City, the <br />Board of Port Commissioners of the City of Redwood City does hereby approve that <br />certain lease agreement entitled "Communication Site Lease Agreement (SBA 2012 TC <br />Assets, LLC) (the "Lease Agreement"), by and between the City of Redwood City, <br />acting by and through its Board of Port Commissioners ("Port") and SBA 2012 TC <br />Assets, LLC ("Lessee"), which Lease Agreement provides that the square footage of <br />the premises which are subject to the Lease Agreement is approximately eight hundred <br />(800) square feet, describes the location of the subject premises as 755 Hinman Road, <br />Redwood City, CA, and depicts the subject property on Exhibit A attached hereto. <br />Lessee shall have the right to use an access area for pedestrian and vehicular ingress <br />and egress to access the subject premises and a utility area for the purpose of installing <br />and maintaining transmission lines. Said access and utility areas are depicted on <br />Exhibit A attached hereto. <br />The subject premises shall be used by Lessee for the facilitation of communication and <br />data transmission systems, including cables, fiber and related structures and <br />improvements (collectively, the "Structures").
