(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on April 26, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and <br />Mayor Howard <br />M/S Reddy and Aguirre to authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement for <br />services with Kimley-Horn to develop Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) for the <br />Roosevelt Avenue Quick -build Traffic Calming Project in the amount of $142,893; and <br />authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% <br />above the contract amount. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll II vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
