(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on April 26, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and <br />Mayor Howard <br />M/S Reddy and Aguirre to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a one-year <br />agreement for services with Cal -West Lighting and Signal Maintenance, Inc. for electrical <br />maintenance of street lights and traffic signals in an amount not to exceed $575,000, <br />including City Manager authority to extend the agreement for three consecutive, two-year <br />terms, for an aggregate not -to -exceed amount of $4,681,655. <br />Motion passes 7- by roll II vote. <br />1. 6 <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
