(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on April 26, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and <br />Mayor Howard <br />M/S Gee and Aguirre to: <br />1. Adopt a resolution to approve the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Annual Action Plan (2021 <br />Action Plan) and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute and file documents <br />related to the 2021 Action Plan for submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development; and <br />2.
