This is not a conditional grant; <br /> <br />• Sign and return this grant agreement, acknowledging your receipt of enclosed check #3603 in the <br />amount of $50,000. Either upload a scanned copy through the online applicant portal under <br />“Upload Signed Grant Agreement” or email our grants management team at <br />grants@sunlightgiving.org by August 26, 2021; <br /> <br />• Only use the grant funds for purposes that are consistent with the federal and state rules for tax <br />exempt status; <br /> <br />• Have your organization, logo and grant information listed on the Sunlight Giving website; <br /> <br />• Adhere to the Grant Communication Guidelines found at this link: <br />https://sunlightgiving.org/grantmaking/communication-guidelines for recognition and media <br />related to Sunlight Giving and the grant; and <br /> <br />• Participate in a form of evaluation (e.g. online survey, phone call, etc.) that the foundation may <br />conduct. <br /> <br />The foundation is extremely pleased and honored to support your work.
