(209) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on May 10, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and <br />Mayor Howard. <br />By roll call vote, Tiffany Chao (Aguirre, Gee, Smith, Hale) and Tracie Sugiyama (Gee, Reddy, <br />Smith, Howard) were appointed to the Library Board for 4 -year terms expiring on June 30, 2025. <br />By roll call vote, Filip Crnogorac (Gee, Reddy, Smith, Aguirre, Hale, Howard), Isabella Chu (Gee, <br />Smith, Aguirre, Hale, Espinoza-Garnica) and Rick Hunter (Reddy, Smith, Aguirre, Hale, Howard) <br />were appointed to the Planning Commission for 4 -year terms expiring on June 30, 2025. <br />By roll call vote, Sophie Mintier (unanimous), Matthew Self (unanimous), Christopher Sturken <br />(unanimous) and Christopher Day (Smith, Aguirre, Gee, Hale) were appointed to the <br />Transportation Advisory Committee for 4 -year terms expiring on May 31, 2025. <br />M/S Reddy and Aguirre to use the current BCC applicant pool to fill any additional vacancies on <br />the Library Board, Planning Commission and Transportation Advisory Committee through <br />January 31, 2022. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
