(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on May 24, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and <br />Mayor Howard. <br />M/S Aguirre and Gee to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment <br />No. 2 to Agreement for Services with Hinderliter, de Llamas & Associates (HdL <br />Companies) for continued support in the development and implementation of storefront <br />and non -storefront cannabis business permit programs in an amount not to exceed <br />$105,000, for a total contract amount of $163,750. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />2'6 <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
