(205) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />May 24, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Howard. <br />M/S Aguirre and Reddy to: <br />1. By motion, the City Council Governance Sub -Committee recommends adopting the following <br />positions, amending the 2021 legislative platform to include new policy statements and allowing <br />sustained engagement throughout the legislative year on the following measures: <br />• AB 361 (Rivas) Support <br />• AB 1029 (Mullin) Support <br />• AB 1073 (Berman) Support <br />• SB 15 (Portantino) Support <br />• SB 556 (Dodd) Oppose <br />• SB 612 (Portantino) Support <br />• SB 617 (Wiener) Oppose <br />• SB 640 (Becker) Support <br />2.
