(304) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />June 28, 2021. <br /> <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Howard. <br /> <br />M/S Reddy and Hale to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a three-year <br />Agreement for Services with Redwood General Tire Service Co., Inc. for the supply of tires and <br />general vehicle repair services in an amount not to exceed $357,823, including City Manager <br />authority to extend the agreement for two consecutive one-year terms, for an aggregate not-to- <br />exceed amount of $625,535. <br /> <br /> <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk
