(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />July 26, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Howard. <br />M/S Hale and Aguirre to determine that due to the availability of the services, there is only one <br />reasonable and practicable source for the required service and the contract may be awarded <br />without a competitive bidding process, and approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a <br />one-year agreement not to exceed $286,311 between the City of Redwood City and All City <br />Management Services to provide crossing guard services for the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />ayte -1 <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
