Adopt a resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City 1) <br />approving and accepting a grant award of $270,000 from the Redwood City Library Foundation; <br />and 2) increasing the Capital Outlay Fund revenue and expenditure budgets by $270,000; and <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract documents and <br />award the standard form contract for the Redwood City Public Library Makerspace Project to Zone <br />4 Construction, Inc. of San Carlos, CA for their responsive and responsible low total bid of <br />$333,707 and authorize the City Manager or the City Manager's designees to increase the <br />contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded, in an amount not to exceed <br />$367,078. <br />Motion passes 7-0 b roll call te. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
