(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />August 23, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Howard. <br />M/S Reddy and Espinoza-Garnica to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Professional Services with Craftwater Engineering, Inc. <br />(Craftwater) revising the scope of engineering services for the Regional Stormwater Capture <br />Project at Red Morton Park and authorize the City Manager to further revise the scope as needed <br />so it remains within the not to exceed amount of the original agreement ($1,113,333). <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call v <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
