Duggan dba Skyrak Engineering Services for <br />seismic design, calculations and consulting services during construction for <br />the existing water tanks seismic retrofit improvements <br />AGENDA CONSENT ITEM: 6.F. (304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />August 23, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Howard. <br />M/S Reddy and Espinoza-Garnica to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an <br />agreement with Donald M. Duggan dba Skyrak Engineering Services in the amount not to exceed <br />$223,624 for seismic design, calculations and consulting services during construction for the <br />existing water tanks seismic retrofit improvements, and authorize the City Manager or designee <br />to increase the contract amount, if necessary, by up to 10% of the original contract amount. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
