(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />August 23, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Howard. <br />M/S Reddy and Espinoza-Garnica to: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract documents and <br />award the standard form contract for the Vera Avenue Bicycle Project to Bayside Stripe and Seal, <br />Inc. of Petaluma for their responsive and responsible low total bid of $197,273; and <br />2.
