(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />August 23, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Howard. <br />M/S Reddy and Espinoza-Garnica to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a three- <br />year Agreement for Services with C.B. Roadways, Inc. for trucking and hauling services in an <br />amount not to exceed $300,000, including City Manager authority to extend the Agreement for <br />two additional one-year terms, for a total contract amount not to exceed $500,000. <br />Motion passes 7-0 b roll cal vote_ <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
