RESOLUTION NO. 15977 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY ADOPTING THE FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />PROGRAM FOR THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FOR THE PERIOD <br />OF FISCAL YEAR 2021-22 THROUGH FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a proposed Five-Year Capital Improvement Program (“CIP”) for Fiscal <br />Years (“FY”) 2021-22 through FY 2025-26 (hereinafter referred to as the “Proposed CIP” <br />and incorporated herein by reference) has been prepared by the City Manager; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Proposed CIP is on file with the City Clerk, and is available for <br />review upon request; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after due deliberation and consideration, it is the intention of the <br />Council of Redwood City to adopt the Proposed CIP presently on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIT Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to <br />this resolution are true and correct, and establish the factual basis for the C ity Council’s <br />adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The Proposed CIP is hereby adopted. The adoption is for all five years <br />of the Proposed CIP presently on file in the office of the City Clerk. Upon adoption of a <br />future five-year CIP, this appropriation shall be superseded. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
