RES 0 L UTI 0 N N o. 549 DECLARING PREMISES AT 1032-34-36-38 ~~IN STREET A NUISANCE AND ORDERING ABATEMENT WITHIN THIRTY DAYS RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that whereas L. M. DUNCAN, the Building Inspector of the said City of Redwood City, did, as required by Ordinance No. 303, post a notice to abate nuisance upon the real property situated in said city, County of San Mateo, State of California, and particularly described as follows: 1032~34-36-38 Main Street, also known as Lot 41 and 6-67/l00ths of Lot 42, Block 5, Mezesville Main Street Lo t s , and did send a copy of said notice, so posted, by registered mail, postage prepaid to the owner of said real property, as said owner is listed upon the books of the City Assessor of said City of Redwood City, to-wit: Andrew Hynding, 312 Linden Avenue, South San Francisco, California; and WHEREAS, in and by said notice to abate nuisance said Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City did fix Monday, the 1st day , of March, 1948, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M. of said day at the Council Chambers in the City 'Hall on Middlefield Road in said City of Redwood City, as the time and place when the owner of the building situated upon said real property could appear and be heard and show cause why said building should not be condemned as a public nuisance. and abated by reconstructing or properly repairing said building or by razing or removing the sarne; and WHEREAS, said Council did proceed, on the 1st day of March, 1948, with said hearing, and after considering all objections made and received does determine that due and legal notice of said hear- ing was given as required by the ordinances of the City of Redwood I City, as appears from the affidavit of L. M. DUNCAN on file in the -1-
