By motion, approve the public access easement proposed for dedication along 1304 EI Camino <br />Real; <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Subdivision Improvement <br />Agreement with GS HIP 1304 ECR, LP; <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance <br />Agreement with GS HIP 1304 ECR, LP; <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater Treatment <br />Measures and Maintenance Agreement with GS HIP 1304 ECR, LP; and <br />5.
