L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 572 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY <br />CLERK TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT FOR MAIN- <br />TENA~CE OF STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Department of Public Works of the State of <br />California, acting by and through the Division of Highways, <br />and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY desire to provide for the mainten- <br /> <br />ance of certain portions of certain State highway routes in <br />the City of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS it is agreed that the City will maintain <br />portions lying between the curb lines and the ri~~t-of-way <br />lines on El Camino Real and Woodside Road; and <br />WHEREAS an agreement providing for the maintenance of <br />said portions of .State highways has been prepared end presented <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />to the said City of Redwood City for execution; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Redwood City that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and <br /> <br />they hereby are, authorized to execute said agreement on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />if- <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />'* <br />
