<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 585 <br /> <br />CANCELLING CONTP~CT WITH STATE PERSONNEL <br />BOARD FOR EXAMINING SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING <br />CONTRACT WITH LOUIS J. KROEGER AND ASSOCIATES <br />FOR EXAMINING SERVICES <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City <br />that the contract between the City of Redwood City and the <br /> <br />California State Personnel Board, for performance by said <br />Board of technical personnel services pursuant to authority <br />.contained in Section 18707 Government Code, which contract <br />was entered into on July 21, 1947, be, and the s.ame is, <br /> <br />hereby cancelled; and the City Manager is directed to give <br />the state Personnel Board the thirty (30) days' notice of <br /> <br />such ca.ncellation as required by said contract. <br /> <br />FURTHER RESOLVED, that a contract between the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City end Louis J. Kroeger and Associates, for a <br /> <br /> <br />complete testing service embracing the preparation and scor- <br /> <br /> <br />ing of written tests for all classes established under the <br /> <br />City personnel system, be, and-the seme is, hereby authorized, <br /> <br /> <br />said contract to be effective as of August 1, 1948. <br /> <br /> <br />FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he is, <br /> <br /> <br />hereby authorized to enter into such contract with Louis J. <br /> <br />Kroeger and Associates in accordance with the form thereof <br /> <br />submitted to the City Council on the 21st day of June, 1948. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />*' <br /> <br />* <br />
