(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />September 27, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor Howard. <br />M/S Aguirre and Gee to approve and authorize City Manager to execute a Side Letter amending <br />the Memorandum of Understanding for the Community Wellness and Crisis Response Team, <br />which was originally approved by Council on January 25, 2021, to reflect the decision by the <br />County of San Mateo to assign the role of hiring clinicians for the program to StarVista. <br />Motion passes 6-0-1 by roll call vote, with Council Member Espinoza-Garnica absent <br />9�6m�' �c <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
