'NHEREAS the city of Redwood City has heretofore bee orne the owner of the real property hereinafter described, which was sold for taxes and delinquent improvement assessments, and deeds conveying all the said real property to said City have been recorded, and this City council deems it advisable that said property be Bold in the manner hereinafter stated; and WHEREAS said City council has determined that the minimum for which a aid parcel of land shall be B old is the amount sat opposite the d €scription of said parcel hereinafter described; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Redwood City tb~t the real property hereinafter described be s old for at Ie a.st the minimum amount set opposi t the descrl~- tion of said parcel; that said property be sold at private sale by the City Collector on and a fter the IJft.. day of Je.~f; , 1948, in the office of the city Collector in the city RaII,U n this city, upon written bids or offers, each of which shall be acoom- panied by a deposit of at least ten per cent (10%) of the offered purchase price, subject to the right of said City to reject any and all offers. FURrHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of sa id City give notice of ~uch sale by publishing a notice thereof once a 'week for at lesst three (3) suocessive weeks in the Redwood City Tribune, and by giving a copy of said notice to the party to whom the said property was last assessed on the assessment rolls of said City, pos tage prepaid and regia tered, at his last lcnown post office address, at least twenty-one days before the date of intended sale.
