<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO. 623 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING EXPENDITURE <br />CONTROLLING "EQUIPMENT HEPLACEMENT <br />FUND" <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, that the equipment replacement budget appropriation for- <br /> <br />the fiscal year 1948-1949 be placed in an "Equipment Replace- <br /> <br />ment Fundi' to be reserved for the purchase of replacements <br /> <br />for the individual items of equipment as specified below. <br /> <br />FURTHER RESOLVED that expenditures may be made for the <br /> <br />purchase of replacernents for the specified piece of equiprllent <br /> <br />only, and such expenditure must be approved by the City Manager <br /> <br />and the C1 ty Council. Adjus tmen ts upvve..rd or down-tiard may be <br /> <br />made by the City Manager and City Council at the time of pur- <br /> <br />chase to meet prevailing market condl tions.
