<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />~ 5'''/ <br /> <br />...... <br /> <br />DECLARING PREMISES AT 509 ALLERTON STREET <br />A NUISANCE AND ORD~~ING ABATEMENT WITHIN <br />THIRTY DAYS <br /> <br />WHEREAS L. M. Duncan, the Building Inspector of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, did, as required by Ordinance No. 303, post a <br /> <br />notice to abate nuisance upon the real property situated in <br />said City, County of San Mateo, State of California, and par- <br />ticularly described as follows: <br />Lots 7 and 8, Block 5, Range C, Mezesvillej <br />and did send a copy of said notice so posted, by registered <br /> <br />mail, postage prepaid, to the owners of said real property, as <br /> <br />said owners are listed upon the books of' the City Assessor of <br /> <br />said City' of Redvlood City, to wit: "R. E. Manley, 509 Allerton, <br />Redwood City, California"; and <br />~VHEREAS in and by said notice to abate nuisance, said <br />Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City did fix Monday, <br />December 6, 1948, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day <br />at the Council Chamber in the City Hall on Middlefield Road in <br /> <br />said City of Redwood City, as the time and place when the owner <br /> <br />of the buildings situated upon said real property could appear <br /> <br />ffild be heard and <br /> <br />ShO~i cause why s aid buildings should not be <br />,'-' <br /> <br />condemned as a public nuisrolce and abated by reconstructing or <br /> <br />properly repairing said buildings or by razing or removing the <br /> <br />same; and <br /> <br />\VHEREAS said Council dld regularly continue sald hearing <br /> <br /> <br />until the 3rd day of January, 1949, at 8:00 o'clock P.lvi.j and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said Council did proceed on the 3rd day of January, <br /> <br /> <br />1949, with said hearing, and after considering all objections <br /> <br />made and received, does determine that due and legal notice of <br /> <br />said hearing was given as required by the ordinances of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, as appears from the affidavit of L. M. Duncan <br /> <br />-1- <br />
