<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 660 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING DEED OF EASEMENT FROM <br />TACOMA MILL COMPANY, A DISSOLVED <br />CORPORATION <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the City Counoil of Redwood City, that a <br />deed of easement from TACOMA MILL COMPANY, a dissolved corpora- <br />tion, to the City of Redwood City, a municipal oorporation, be <br />and it hereby is accepted by and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br />City. <br /> <br />Said deed grants an easement to the City of Redwood City <br />\ <br /> <br />on property described as follows: <br /> <br />A parcel of land in the City of Redwood City, County of 8an Mateo, <br />State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the intersection or the Pulgas Ranch Line and the south- <br />easterly line of Whipple Avenue (formerly Fourteenth Street) as shown on <br />that certain map entitled "Town of Mezesville" recorded August 1, 1856 in <br />Book I ot Maps, Page 79, San Mateo County Records; THFNCF along said south- <br />easterly line of Whipple Avenue N 4~ 24' 06" E a distance of 10.40 feet 'to <br />a point on the northeasterly line of that certain 10 feet easement from <br />Tacoma Mill Co. to the Town of Redwood City, recorded July 14, 1922 in <br />Volume 47, page 46, San Msteo County Hecords, which point is the TRUE. POINT <br />OF BEGINNING; THFNCF S 58 17' 54" E along the northea-sterly line of said <br />easement and pare1lel to the Pulgas Line a distance of 119.88 feet to the <br />line of the Proposed Bayshore Freeway; THfNCF, starting on a b~ing of <br />o <br />N 51 11' 51" E, along arc of 270' radius curve to the left thru an angle <br />of 10 07' 13" for a distance of 5.28 feet which arc is the line of the <br />Proposed Bayshore Freeway thru Redwood. City; THFNCF N 580 17' 54" W a <br />distance of 120.19 feet to the aforementioned southeasterly line of V-bipple <br />Avenue; THFNCE along said line S 470 24' 06" W a distance of 5.20 feet to <br />the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, being a strip 5.00 feet in width between Whipple <br />Avenue and parcel conveyed by Quit Claim Deed to Fmmett W. Paul recorded <br />June 13, 1947 in Volume 1365, page 122, San Mateo County Records. <br />
