<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. 663 <br /> <br />AOCEPTING DEED OF EASEMENT FROM <br />ADVANCE TOOL MANUFACTURING COM- <br />PANY, A COPARTNERSHIP <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council ot Redwood City, that <br /> <br />a deed of easement from Advanoe Tool Manufacturing Company, a <br /> <br />copartnership, to the City of Redwood City, a municipal corpor- <br />ation, be and it hereby is accepted by and on behalf of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br />Said deed grants an easement to the Oity of Redwood Oity <br />on property desoribed as follows: <br /> <br />A parcel of land in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, <br />state of California, desoribed as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the Pulgas Ranch Line and the North- <br />westerly line of Hopkins Avenue (tQrmerly F1eventh Street) as shown on that <br />certain map entitled "Town of Mezesville" recorded August 1, 1856 in Book I <br />of Maps, page 79, San Mateo County Reeords;THENCE along the said Northwesterly <br />line ot Hopkins Avenue N 470 28' 06" E a distance of 10.39 feet to a point <br />on the Northeasterly line or that certain 10 foot easement from Tacoma Mill Co. <br />to the Town of Redwood City, recorded July 14, 1922 in Volume 47, page 46, <br />San Mateo County Records, which point is the TRUF POINT OF BEGINNING; <br />THENCF, N 580 17' 54" Vi along the Northeasterly line of said easement and <br />parallel to the Pulgas Line a distance of 145.48 feet; THENCE N 470 28' 06" E <br />a distance of 10.39 feet; THFNCF S SSP 17' 54" F a distance of 145. 48 feet <br />to the aforementioned Northwesterly line of Hopkins Avenue; THFNCF slang said <br />line S 470 28' 06" W a distance of 10.39 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BFGINNING; <br />being a strip 10.00 teet in width across a parcel conveyed by Douglas & <br />Woodhouse to Advance Tool ManUfacturing Co. <br />
