<br />/ ) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />667 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING SALE OF PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY THE CITY OF REDWOCD CITY <br />FOR DELINQUENT TAXES AND J3SESSMENTS FOR PUBLIC IHPROVEHENTS' AND <br />DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF SALE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City of Redwood City has heretofore become the owner of <br />the real property hereinafter described, '",hieh was sold for taxes and de- <br />linquent improvement assessments, and deeds conveying all the said real <br />property to said City have been recorded, and this City Council deems it <br />advisable that said property be sold in the manner hereinafter stated; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said City Council has determined that the minimum for which said <br />pateel of land shall be sold is the amount set opposite the description of <br />said parcel hereinafter described; <br /> <br />NOW,' THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood <br />City that the real property hereinafter described be sold for at least the <br />minimum amount set opposite the description of said parcel; that said property <br />be sold at private sale by the City Collector on and after the 4th day of <br />March , 1949, in the office of the City Collector in the City Hall, <br />in this City, upon written bids or offers, each of which shall be accompanied <br />by a deposit of at least ten per cent (10%) of the offered purchase price, <br />subject to the right of said City to reject any and all offers. <br /> <br />FURTlillR RESOLVED, that the Clerk of said City give notice of such sale <br />by publishing a notice thereof once a week for at least three (3) successive <br />weeks in the Redwood City Tribune, and 'by giving a copy of said notice to the <br />party to whom the said property was last assessed on the assessment rolls of <br />said City, postage prepaid and registered, at his last known post office address, <br />at least twenty-one days before the date of intended sale. <br /> <br />Said property is situated in the City of Redwood City County of San Hat.eo, <br />State of California, more particularly described as fo~lows: <br /> <br />Lot <br /> <br />Block <br /> <br />Subdivision <br /> <br />Minimum <br />Price <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />stambaugh <br />Street Addi- <br />tion <br /> <br />$360.00 <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular <br />meeting thereof held on the 7th day of February, 1949, by -the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolution: <br />Councilmen: Brltschgi" Granger" HOlmquist" Morgan and Spillers <br /> <br />NOES: Councilmen <br />ABSENT: Councilmen <br /> <br />None <br />swift and Werder. <br /> <br />?v??? ~~ <br /> <br />Mayor of the City of RedwoodCity <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />If. <br /> <br />AJ) <br /> <br />I <br />
