<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. ~(,1 <br /> <br />DECLARING WEEDS A NUISANCE AND ORDERING <br />THEIR REMOVAL <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br />certain weeds are growing in the City of Redwood City, upon all <br /> <br />of the sidewa.lks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and high- <br /> <br />ways in said City and upon all the lots and property in said <br /> <br /> <br />City, which weeds are of a kind which bear seeds of a wingy or <br /> <br /> <br />downy nature and will attain such large growth as to become a <br /> <br /> <br />fire menace when dry, and that said weeds constitute a public <br /> <br />nuisance; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that the said weeds <br /> <br />do now constitu~e and will continue to constitute a public nui- <br /> <br /> <br />sance, and it is hereby ordered that the said public nuisance <br /> <br />be abated in the manner provided by Ordinance No. 333 of the <br />City of Redwood City, passed and adopted on the 14th day of March, <br />1932, which ordinance is now on file in the office of the Clerk <br />of the City of Redwood City and to which ordinance reference is <br /> <br />hereby made and the same is made a part hereof. <br /> <br />The sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and <br /> <br />highways upon which and the lots and property upon which such <br /> <br />nuisance exists, are all the sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, <br /> <br />boulevards and highways and all the lots and property fronting <br /> <br />upon any sidewalk, street, avenue, road, boulevard or highway in <br /> <br />said City of Redwood City. <br />The Superintendent of Streets of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />is hereby directed to give the notice required by said ordinance, <br />I <br /> <br />and he shall cause notices to be immediately posted in front of <br />
