<br />I ,,7 .:;) <br />ft? f ..,., <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO. 6'73 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING DEED TO TAX DELINQUENT <br />PROPERTY <br /> <br />vIT1EREAS, by Resolution No. 606, duly adopted by the <br /> <br />Counoil of the City of Redwood City, on August 16, 1948, the <br /> <br />sale of certain tax delinquen t properties, d'escribed as fol- <br /> <br />lows, was authorized: <br /> <br />All that real property situate in the <br />County of San Mateo, State of California, <br />consisting of: <br /> <br />Lots numbered eighteen (18), nineteen (19) <br />and twenty (20) in Block numbered one (1) <br />as shown on that certain map entitled <br />"Map of Resubdivision of Lot 2.5 of Wooster, <br />Whitton and Montgomery Subdivision of a <br />Part of the Redwood Farm, Redwood City, <br />San Mateo, Cal.", which map was filed in <br />the office of the Recorder of San Mateo <br />County October 4, 1910 in Book 7 of Maps <br />at :rage 33; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS notioe of intended sale of the above-described <br /> <br />property was published in the Redwood City Tribune on August <br />23, 30, and September 6, 1948; and <br />WHEREAS James Corbett submitted a bid for the above- <br />described property in the sum of $710.00, plus the cost of <br /> <br />publication; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED, that the <br />bid of James Corbett is accepted by the City of Redwood City. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />execute a deed of the above-described property to James Corbett <br /> <br />and Margaret Corbett, his wife. <br />
