<br />;" '-.,. ;11' <br /> <br />~.....- "",f <br /> <br />RES OL UTI ON <br /> <br />E>79 <br />N O. <br /> <br />ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING DEED TO <br />TAX DELINQUENT PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 667, duly adopted <br />:by the Co~ncil of the City of Redwood City on February 7, <br />1949, the sale of certain tax delinquent properties described <br /> <br />as follows was authorized: <br /> <br />All that real property in the City of <br />Redwood City, San Mateo County, California, <br />consisting of Lot 4, Block. 4, Stambaugh <br />Street Addition; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS notice of intended sale of the above <br /> <br />described property was duly published in the Redwood City <br /> <br />Tribune once a week for three (3) successive weeks; and <br /> <br />W~EREAS CHARLES W. DIEL submitted a bid for the <br /> <br />above described property in the sum of Three Hundred Sixty <br /> <br />Dollars ($360.00); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That the bid of CHARLES W. DIEL is accepted <br />by the City of Redwood City. <br />2. That the Mayor and Ci ty Clerk of' the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City are authorized and directed.to execute a <br /> <br />deed conveying the above described property to CHARLES W. <br /> <br /> <br />DIEL and AMIDOL A.
