KENT MORRIS and HETTIE MORRIS, his <br /> <br />wife have agreed to convey without charge to the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City a strip of land in that area known as Kensing- <br /> <br />ton Square, for street widening purposes, if City will re- <br /> <br />move and replant a certain hedge and remove &1d cap a portion <br /> <br />of an automatic sprinkler system now located in the property <br /> <br />to be conveyed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be and it hereby is resolved as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That the City Manager be and he hereby is <br /> <br />authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with <br /> <br />T. KENT MORRIS and HErTIE MORRIS embodying the above terms <br /> <br />and conditions. <br /> <br />2. That that certain deed signed by T.
