BURT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustments of the Redwood <br />City Planning Commission, by Resolutions Numbers 48-49, <br />49-49 and 50-49, has made certain findings with respect to <br />the applications of L. M. HAWKINS, B. RUGGI~O and A. R. BURT <br /> <br />for variances in the Zoning Laws in accordance with Section 20 <br /> <br />of Ordinance No. 600 of the City of Redwood City, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of Redwood City has determined <br /> <br /> <br />that the findings contained in said Resolutions Numbers 48-49, <br /> <br /> <br />49-49 and 50-49 are correct, mld reference is hereby made to <br /> <br />said resolutions for further particulars, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED as follows: <br /> <br />1. The application of L. M. HAwXINS for a variance <br /> <br />in the Zoning Laws of Redwood City to allow a garage beyond the <br /> <br />front setback line on Lot 2, Block 3, oakridge is hereby granted. <br />2. The application of B. RUGGIERO for a variance <br />in the Zoning Laws of Redwood City to allow two (2) undersiz;ed <br />.,. <br /> <br />lots at Hopkins Avenue and Circle Road, Lot 1, Block 16, Oak <br />Knoll Manor is hereby granted. <br /> <br />3. The application of A. R.
