<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. ,t50 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE <br />CERTAIN PUBLIC EASE1lliNTS ADJOINING <br />LIGUORI STREET IN THE CITY OF~RED- <br />WOOD CITY <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />that it hereby declares its intention to vacate and abandon as <br /> <br />. a public parking easement, certain easements adjoining Liguori <br /> <br />street in the City of Redwood City, and reference is hereby made <br />to a map on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of <br />Redwood City for further particulars a.s to said proposed ease- <br /> <br />ment vacation. <br /> <br />The portions of said easements to be vacated are parti- <br /> <br />cularly described as follows: <br /> <br />The Northerly 50 feet of Lots 16 and lq in Block 2 <br />as (1esignated on the map entitled "BROADWAY NO.3 <br />REDWOOD CITY CALIFORNIA RESUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 3 <br />OF J.VJAP. NO 1 OF BROADWAY, FILED IN VOLUHE 22 OF MAPS, <br />PAGE 18, ~~D BEING A PORTIQN OF SWEENY'S ADDITION, <br />FILED IN BOOK IIC II OF MAPS AT PAGE 68 SAN MATEO COUNTY <br />RECORDS, CALIFORNIA" which map was filed in the office <br />of the Recorder of San Mateo County, state of Califor- <br />nia on September 27, 1945 in Book 24 of Maps at pages <br />65 and 66, said Northerly 50 feet of Lots 16 and 17 <br />in Block.2 also being a portion of that certa.in strip <br />of land,J\Labeled "50' Reserved for Parking" lying <br />along the Northerly line of Block 2, and extending <br />from the Easterly line of Lot 14, in said Block 2, <br />Easterly to the Northwesterly line of Chestnut Street <br />as said Lot, Block and street are shown on the map <br />above mentioned. <br /> <br />FURTHER RESOLVED that August 15, 1949, at 8 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />at the City Hall in Redwood City is hereby fixed as the time and <br /> <br />place when and where all persons interested in or objecting to <br /> <br />the proposed vacation of said easements' will be...heard. <br />FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall be published <br />once in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily (except Sunday) newspaper, <br />published, printed and circulated in the City of Redwood City. <br />FURTHER RESOLVED, that notices of the passage of this <br />resolution shall be posted by the Superintendent of streets of <br />this Oi ty conspicuously along said eaSE~ments in at least three (3) <br />places at least ten (10) days before said hearing. <br /> <br />~,E- ~~ '* <br />
